Vi-IMproved Wiki - Wiki Bugs

code tag doesn't work (even though it's listed under Allowed HTML Tags)
Vim code pasted in pre tags still converts to WikiWords and puts the ? at the end.

Notes:* Some of the bugs have been removed since I swapped the backend to the wiki, hopefully things will run smoother now.
