Most notably midnight2.vim colorscheme and sql_iabbr.vim.  I authored the midnight colorscheme, but it sucks.  :)  If I might say so, my best colorscheme is tomatosoup.vim.  Anyway, most of my plugins require Ruby support to be compiled in to vim.  And for those wondering, I do use all my plugins on a daily basis, except sql_iabbr.vim since I don't edit much SQL.</p>
<p class="tightenable">I have been using linux for slightly longer than I have been using vim.  I am currently one of the lead developers on the Aegis window manager (

<h4>My tips:</h4>
<ul><li class="tightenable top bottom">Use control-d with :help!  Its how I know most of what I know about vim.</li>
<li class="tightenable top bottom">Don't be in a hurry to learn all there is to know about vim,  I still don't.</li>
<li class="tightenable top bottom">If you do C/C++ coding then you need to use vim's cscope interface.  cscope leaves any other code navigation tool in the dust.</li>
<li class="tightenable top">Make sure your vim has support compiled in for all scripting language extensions that vim supports.  That is Ruby, Python, Perl, Tcl.  You never know when a script might use one of them.</li>
